- Outbound Calling:

- Engage in outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
- Present products/services and address any queries or concerns.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Articulate product details to potential customers.
- Data Management:

- Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Target Achievement:

- Work towards achieving and exceeding set targets.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure collective success.

- Excellent Communication Skills:

- Proficient in English with clear pronunciation and effective listening skills.

**Qualification**
- Cold Calling experience is a must.
- Responsible and eager to learn and get the work done under all circumstances
