**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to introduce products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers, provide product information, and resolve queries.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, customer inquiries, and referrals.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and update CRM systems with customer information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed call targets and sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills in either Telugu, English and Hindi, with a pleasant and professional phone manner.
- Confidence in handling both outbound and inbound calls in high-volume environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
