Key responsibilities
Lead generation and research:
- Research potential clients and markets to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, cold calling, and networking.
Client relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and communicate how the company's products or services can help.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, or networking meets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with design and sales teams to develop products and services.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new prospects within a market.
- Developing a strong understanding of a company's products and services.
- Following latest developments and trends in the industry.
- Developing innovative ideas to expand the profitability of a business.
- Training a team to strengthen their skills and improve the capabilities of the workforce.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
