About The Role
Field sales role focused on acquiring, onboarding, and managing Booking Offices for BlackBuck's Freight Brokerage business. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through relationship building, lead conversion, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new Booking Offices.
Influence newly onboarded partners to share freight indents for vehicle placement.
Coordinate with Traffic and Demand teams for smooth onboarding and business handover.
Achieve monthly targets for BO KYC, indents, and truck placements.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in transport/logistics.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
