Job Summary:

The Service Manager will lead and manage the service department, ensuring smooth workshop operations, high-quality customer service, achievement of revenue targets, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise overall service operations.
  • Ensure workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Manage and motivate service advisors, floor supervisors, and technicians.
  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve effectively.
  • Coordinate with parts, sales, and insurance teams for seamless operations.
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery and high service standards.
  • Track service revenue, workshop performance, and prepare reports.
  • Implement training programs for staff skill enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
