Job Summary:
The Service Manager will lead and manage the service department, ensuring smooth workshop operations, high-quality customer service, achievement of revenue targets, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise overall service operations.
- Ensure workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Manage and motivate service advisors, floor supervisors, and technicians.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve effectively.
- Coordinate with parts, sales, and insurance teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and high service standards.
- Track service revenue, workshop performance, and prepare reports.
- Implement training programs for staff skill enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
