The Senior Analyst will strengthen our enterprise capacity planning and forecasting capabilities. The Senior Analyst will partner with lead to communicate Directors, VPs, and Finance leaders to design, refine, and implement scalable workforce planning models that balance operational efficiency with business growth. his position requires both hands-on analytical expertise and the ability to influence planning decisions with senior leadership. This role bridges execution and leadership by translating complex data into actionable insights, while guiding analysts and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop medium- to long-range forecasting models, incorporating demand, workload, and headcount drivers.
- Partner with Finance, Service, Sales, and Operations to align workforce plans with budgets and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Analysts to standardize scalable tools and reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency and usability across business units.
- Identify, analyze, and communicate process inefficiencies; propose data-driven capacity solutions that enhance productivity and employee experience.
- Support Directors and VPs in strategic initiatives, including reorganizations, automation adoption, and efficiency modeling.
- Alongside with lead, Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders using clear storytelling and compelling visualizations.
- Continuously monitor and refine models based on historical trends, changing volumes, and operational realities.
- Contribute and work towards becoming subject matter expert during high-impact planning discussions while escalating risks or gaps to leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Math's, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Statistics, computer science
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in capacity planning, forecasting, or workforce analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Directors/VPs and influence planning discussions.
- Experience balancing hands-on analysis with coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
- Background in financial services, insurance, or retirement planning industries preferred.
- Strong track record of translating complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, scenario modeling) preferred
- Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, and statistical tools (Python, R, SAS, etc.) preferred
- Experience designing and maintaining capacity/headcount models linked to financial outcomes preferred
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging VP-level stakeholders
- Ability to mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
