To manage, enhance, and automate the company's sales processes using the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring smooth data flow, improved lead management, and efficient tracking of sales performance across projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Administration & Customization

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations including user setup, profiles, and data management.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and ensure seamless synchronization between Salesforce and other integrated platforms (website, digital marketing tools, ERP, etc.).

2. Sales Process Automation

  • Automate key sales workflows — lead capture, distribution, follow-ups, opportunity tracking, and closure.
  • Support CRM and sales teams in implementing automated communication workflows (emails, reminders, alerts).
  • Identify process gaps and develop automation solutions to improve efficiency.

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and maintain dashboards for sales, lead conversion, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Provide insights on lead quality, sales funnel health, and agent performance.
  • Generate reports to support management decisions and sales forecasting.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure smooth lead integration from digital platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, portals).
  • Work closely with IT and CRM teams for troubleshooting and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure adoption and optimal use of Salesforce features.

5. Training & Support

  • Conduct user training sessions for sales and CRM teams on Salesforce usage and new feature rollouts.
  • Provide ongoing support for issues, updates, and improvements.
  • Document workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / CRM configuration and customization.
  • Understanding of lead management and real estate sales processes.
  • Experience in data analytics, dashboard creation, and report automation.
  • Knowledge of integrations (API, Zapier, marketing automation tools) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MBA (Marketing / IT) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM management, preferably in real estate, financial services, or B2C industries.
  • Salesforce certification (Admin / Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹70,000.00 per month
