We are currently expanding our sales force and seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth and market penetration in the assigned region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Increase the sales of distributors by offering training and meeting more customers.

* Make new Dealers

* Build Trust among new and existing Dealers by engaging them on a regular basis.

Primary Responsibility

* Contact and physical meeting with retail shop/dealers/distributors to inform them about Kondaas Solar Product and offerings (daily visit 5-10 counters)

* Cold Calling to Prospective customers/dealers to identify sales opportunity

* Lead Generation for Dealer Network to increase the sales

* Negotiate with dealers to sell our product only if competitor is offering a similar price.

* Keep Record and update of all visits in company sales application

* Pickup call and respond to each dealer on immediate basis

* Ensure that Kondaas Solar products are the first choice in the channel vis a vis the competition

* Conduct Distributor / Dealer meets and training programs

* Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans

* Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities

Coordination with Internal Marketing Teams: Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts. Provide feedback on marketing campaigns and materials, and contribute to the development of effective lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring excellent customer service and addressing customer needs effectively. Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and inform strategic
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong collaborative nature and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
