Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive business growth across enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity sales, with a proven ability to manage key accounts, generate new business, and deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the cybersecurity space.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients by understanding their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential and existing accounts.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations suited to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals and close sales deals.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging security threats, and competitor activity to adapt sales approaches.
- Report on sales performance, prepare forecasts, and update the management on progress.
Attend industry conferences, events, and networking sessions to represent the organization and generate new business leads.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in cybersecurity or related IT sectors.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
