Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our energy products and services, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels.
- Present and promote company solutions/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitor activities.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Education & Experience:
Candidates who have done MBA in power management from these institutes
