Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on driving growth through strategic lead generation and cold calling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in automobile sales, telesales, and the regional language, Kannada.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in automobile sales and delivering persuasive presentations to potential clients.
- Proficiency in Kannada to effectively communicate with local clients for enhanced relationship-building. (Mandatory skill)
- Demonstrated telesales ability, engaging customers over the phone to drive product interest and conversions. (Mandatory skill)
- Skilled in lead generation, identifying prospects through market research and networking.
- Excellent cold calling techniques, opening new business opportunities with professionalism and tact.
- Experience in outside sales, meeting clients in person to establish and nurture sales relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address client issues proactively and creatively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct telesales calls to generate interest and secure meetings with potential clients.
- Leverage understanding of automotive sales to tailor solutions to client needs, ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
- Achieve sales targets by analyzing client requirements and presenting customized IT solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client deliverables and enhance overall service offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry trends to provide informed solutions and advice.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing product value and benefits.
