
Gold Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Gold Purchase Executive tobuy items including used gold jewellery, coins from customers. In this role, gold purchase executive assess item values based on either weight or purity and negotiate prices with customers. They keep up with current gold prices to ensure profitability and understand the resale market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and explain the gold buying process clearly.
- Test, evaluate, and verify the purity and weight of gold/silver items using proper methods and machines.
- Ensure fair and transparent valuation as per daily market rates.
- Handle cash/online transactions accurately and maintain proper records.
- Educate customers on pricing, deductions, and settlement process.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory norms.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Support branch operations, documentation, and reporting as required.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Prior experience in gold/jewellery purchase, pawn broking, or financial services preferred.
- Basic knowledge of gold testing techniques and valuation.
- Good communication and customer service skills (local language proficiency is a plus).
- Honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle cash safely and responsibly.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹45,522.39 per month
