Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management processes, with a focus on delivering high-quality SaaS products. Experience with SQL and a passion for continuous learning are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and prioritize product features.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and feature development.
  • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a SaaS environment.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write queries for data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Self-driven, curious, and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
