Role Overview

The Project Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and clients. You will gather requirements, define solutions, manage project lifecycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects. The role blends strategic analysis with project execution and is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business and technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Strategy

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to support solution design and product strategy.
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with product and services teams on blockchain/Web/Mobile solutions to align with business outcomes.

2. Project Management & Delivery

  • Define project scope, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project plans, track milestones, and prepare progress reports.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, client stakeholders) to meet objectives.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies as required by the project.
  • Drive accountability, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's of Technology and Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field is preferred.
  • 4–7 years of combined experience as Business Analyst and Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Blockchain/Web3/Fintech industry exposure is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
