**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions to meet business objectives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, developers, and Scrum teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in an Agile environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Vision & Strategy**:

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
- **Backlog Management**:

- Create, refine, prioritize, and maintain a well-organized product backlog.
- Ensure that the backlog reflects stakeholder priorities, business value, and technical feasibility.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with Scrum teams to deliver high-quality, valuable solutions iteratively.
- Collaborate with developers and UX/UI designers to define clear and actionable user stories.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and manage expectations.
- Communicate progress, manage risks, and address challenges effectively.
- **Delivery Management**:

- Ensure delivery of value through sprints by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing completed work.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives in collaboration with Scrum Masters.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and improve the product.
- Stay up-to-date with Agile practices, market trends, and competitive analysis.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- **Technical Acumen**:

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Knowledge of software development processes and basic understanding of technical concepts.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
