
ERP Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Explain product features and benefits to prospects
- Book demos and assist in product presentations
- Follow up on leads and maintain client engagement
- Collaborate with the tech/product team for client-specific requirements
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular reports
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
- Basic understanding of ERP or business software (we’ll train you)
- Confidence in talking to business owners or managers
- Strong follow-up and persistence
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream) / MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
- Sales internship experience or basic knowledge of CRM/ERP is a plus
Compensation:
- **Fixed Salary**: ₹25,000-30,000/month
- **Incentives**: ₹5,000-₹10,000 per closed sale (depending on deal size)
- **Bonus**: Quarterly performance bonus based on targets
Growth Path:
- Promotion to Senior Sales Executive in 6-12 months based on performance
- Opportunity to learn ERP product sales and grow into a high-ticket B2B role
