About the Role

We are hiring a 
Senior Customer Retention Executive
 with high-level
international calling experience
. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in 
voice process roles, outbound tele-calling and client retention
.

The successful candidate will have 
excellent communication skills, a confident US/UK accent, and proven international BPO experience
.

You will be responsible for delivering 
world-class customer service
 and ensuring long-term 
customer success
 for reputed 
education and school brands
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 
    high-value outbound retention calls
     using a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Engage, retain, and build trust with clients by addressing concerns and offering tailored solutions.
  • Deliver 
    premium service quality
     with empathy and professionalism.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in 
    CRM and call documentation systems
    .
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly 
    retention and conversion targets
    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless 
    customer success and retention
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 
5 years of international BPO / call center experience
, preferably in 
voice process (US/UK)
 roles.

Proven expertise in 
customer retention, client retention, and outbound telecalling
.

Excellent communication with 
neutral / US / UK accent
.

Strong 
persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
.

Confident, empathetic, and target-driven professional.

Hands-on experience with 
CRM tools, call center systems, and customer service documentation
.
