Role Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization in India. This position requires a proactive individual with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of the Indian job market. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for roles across counseling, sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR screening for cultural and role fit before forwarding shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with functional teams and leadership.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in study abroad, overseas education, EdTech.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job portals, and social media recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
