Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Kanpur. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, training sales staff, and achieving sales targets. The role will require frequent travel within the territory to meet clients and close sales deals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training sales staff
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the software solutions industry is a plus
