Business Development Associate (BDA) – Fresher Sales Role

HSR Layout, Bangalore

Day Shift (11:30 AM / 12 PM – 10:00 PM)

₹3.5 LPA (Fixed) + up to ₹2.5 LPA (Incentives)

6 Days Working | Saturday & Sunday Compulsory | Rotational Off (Mon–Fri)

Role Overview:-

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will engage with potential clients, explain Bhanzu's learning programs, and help achieve sales growth. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to start a career in sales in the EdTech industry.

Requirements:-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure & in a fast-paced startup environment.

Laptop is mandatory.

6 Days Working (Rotational off between Mon–Fri, Sat & Sun compulsory working).

Shift: Day Shift, 11:30 AM / 12 PM to 10:00 PM (timings may vary as per business needs).

Immediate Joiners preferred.
