Job Title: Export Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales Manager to expand our international market presence, manage overseas clients, and drive export sales. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end export operations including sales strategy, documentation, compliance, and client relationship management.
Required Candidate profile
Looking for experienced export sales person in rice/ agri industry.
We are a well-established company already exporting to many countries under the prestigious brand Shrilalmahal Empire Basmati Rice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international markets and customers
- Generate leads and convert them into export orders
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely order execution
- Prepare and negotiate export quotations, pricing, and payment terms
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export regulations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and banks for shipping and payment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trade policies in target countries
- Attend international trade fairs and exhibitions (if required) Role & responsibilities
Key Skills and Compentencies :
- Strong knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales target.
- Understanding of International trade compliance (DGFT, GST, customs)
Salary : Competitive, based on experience
Preference will be given to candidates from Rice industry.
