We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Export Manager to lead and manage our export operations in the sports goods manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling international markets, with deep exposure to export documentation, compliance, client acquisition, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage international sales strategies to grow export markets. Identify and expand customer base across key global markets. Handle complete export operations including documentation, customs, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations. Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely shipments. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings. Negotiate with international clients and distributors to close deals and build long-term relationships. Monitor international market trends and competitor activities. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage LC documentation if applicable. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export laws, documentation processes, and customs procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech preferred) or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in international exports, specifically in sports goods, leather, bags, or apparel manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of international business regulations, export documentation, and customs clearance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and export software/tools. Willingness to travel internationally for business development.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Export Executive to support and manage export operations within the sports goods manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in international trade, export documentation, customer coordination, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing international sales strategies to support global business growth.
• Handle day-to-day export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and LC-related paperwork.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for smooth delivery of goods.
• Communicate with international customers, agents, and distributors for order tracking and service support.
• Coordinate with internal departments like production and warehouse for dispatch planning.
• Monitor shipments, resolve any logistical issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Keep updated with export regulations, documentation requirements, and trade policies.
• Maintain export records and prepare periodic MIS/reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline. A background in Engineering, Commerce, or International Business is preferred.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in international exports, preferably in sports goods, leather, bags, or apparel manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs processes, and international logistics.
• Familiarity with export incentive schemes, LC processes, and international trade compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/export software tools.
