Job Description:Position – Export ManagerRepots to - DirectorsLocation - S-109, Plot No. C-250, Phase-1 Badli Industrial Area, Raja Vihar, North West Delhi – Employment – Full timeSalary Budget – No Bargain for good candidate.Job DescriptionGenerating/developing export salesDeveloping and implement export strategies to maximize profits. Building strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.Identifying new international business opportunities and securing orders from customers in target markets.Attending international trade fairs and meets in order to bring export orders.Overseeing the entire export process, including international customs clearance, tariffs, taxes, and import/export regulations.Stay updated on global trade laws, customs procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with the latest international shipping standards.Negotiating and closing export deals, ensuring that terms and conditions are favourable to the company.Prepare regular reports on export performance, sales targets, and market trends for management review.Analyse export sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the export process.QualificationMBA/PGDM in marketing / international businessBachelor degree in marketing / International Business / Economics/Business Studies.Required Skills:Proven experience in the houseware industry, with a minimum of 5 years in export business development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsCustomer-oriented mindset and ability to build strong relationshipsFlexibility and adaptability to different cultures and environmentsAbility to work under pressure and meet targets.Depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
