Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Luxury Sales Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Luxury Sales Manager will be responsible for managing high-end property sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Luxury Sales and Real Estate Management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Sales strategy development and execution
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, particularly in luxury properties
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
