Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing budgets, and analyzing performance data. The role includes coordinating with sales and product teams, creating promotional materials, and enhancing the company's presence across various marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong skills in market research, lead generation and data analysis.
  • Open to travel and work in a startup environment.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management for marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO optimization and content marketing.
  • Project management skills and ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the education or eLearning industry is a plus.
