Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Brand Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the growth of The Good Life Company. The ideal candidate will possess 07 to 10 years of relevant experience in luxury consumer goods marketing, with a strong focus on brand strategy, digital transformation, and customer engagement. This role is crucial for setting the direction of our marketing efforts, elevating our brand presence, and connecting deeply with our discerning clientele
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with the brand's vision and goals, enhancing the market presence of our luxury tea, coffee, and gifting products.
Brand Management: Refine and elevate The Good Life Company's brand positioning, ensuring that all marketing communications reflect the luxurious essence of the brand and resonate with our target audience. Digital Marketing Excellence: Oversee the creation and execution of a robust digital marketing strategy, focusing on social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising to drive online traffic, engagement, and sales growth.
Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape, utilizing these insights to inform product development and marketing tactics.
Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing the return on investment for all marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product development, and customer service teams to create cohesive strategies that enhance the overall customer journey and experience.
Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular feedback and reports to the executive team.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, luxury retailers, and media outlets to amplify brand visibility and reach.
Attributes:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is highly desirable.
7-10 years of progressive marketing experience in luxury consumer goods or a related industry, with a focus on tea, coffee, or gifting being advantageous.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that lead to significant brand growth and revenue increases.
Strong digital marketing acumen with experience in managing comprehensive online campaigns and analytic tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate brand stories effectively.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.
