Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing and coordinating
    digital marketing projects
    to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand
    project objectives, scope, and timelines.
  • Support in
    resource allocation
    — helping assign team members, track budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Learn to implement
    quality checks
    to ensure all work meets agency standards.
  • Help in
    tracking project performance
    and preparing reports for clients and internal review.
  • Stay updated on the
    latest marketing and project management trends
    to contribute fresh ideas and insights.

Skills required

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about project management in a creative, fast-paced environment.
  • A good communicator who can coordinate between multiple teams and ensure tasks stay on track.
