Project planning and execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring it aligns with the plan and quality standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical reviews of designs.
  • Manage project changes and support the Change Control process.

Budget and resource management

  • Create and manage engineering budgets, providing cost estimates and justifying expenditures.
  • Track project costs, manage resources efficiently, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Approve material and equipment costs.

Team leadership and development

  • Lead and mentor project teams, assigning responsibilities and providing technical guidance.
  • Foster professional growth and technical skill development in junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including management, production, and quality assurance.

Risk management and compliance

  • Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems as they arise.

Communication and reporting

  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management and clients.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear and focused communication, clarifying client needs when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
