Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to drive critical initiatives and

oversee projects from initiation to completion. This role involves defining project scope and

objectives, ensuring timely execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing

process improvements that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities


• Determine and define project scope, objectives, and budgets.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into clear actionable

deliverables.


• Define individual team goals and monitor progress through the project lifecycle.


• Work closely with operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with

organizational priorities.


• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.


• Ensure adherence to quality standards across all project deliverables.


• Provide regular updates, address challenges, and ensure seamless communication with

internal stakeholders.


• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.


• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and project

management methodologies.

• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

• Proven problem-solving, planning, and analytical abilities.


• Ability to balance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.


• Negotiation skills (good to have).


• Team-oriented with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.

Desired Candidate Profile


• 2+ years of experience in Project Management (logistics sector preferred but not

mandatory).


• Bachelors/masters degree in business, Operations, or related fields.


• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.


• Strong background in planning, execution, and process improvement.
