We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee eCommerce website support and maintenance projects on Shopify Plus. This role requires end-to-end project lifecycle managementfrom scoping and planning to final delivery—while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to manage updates, security patches, performance optimization, and communication efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overall Project Management

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with project scope and SLAs

  3. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  4. Manage project risks and apply mitigation strategies
  5. Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules

  6. Implement change request processes to ensure minimal disruptions

  7. Maintenance Planning and Tracking

  8. Plan and schedule website maintenance with technical teams

  9. Develop and maintain a maintenance calendar aligned with business objectives
  10. Prioritize issues by business impact and track resolutions

  11. Maintain accurate records of updates, patches, and performance improvements

  12. Client Communication

  13. Clearly communicate updates and resolutions with clients

  14. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related discussions

  15. Address feedback, concerns, and changes in a timely manner

  16. Vendor Management

  17. Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized support and services

  18. Quality Assurance

  19. Conduct QA reviews and implement quality control processes

  20. Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and technical standards

  21. Documentation

  22. Maintain comprehensive documentation including plans, reports, issue logs, and change requests

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in website development project management
  • 2+ years specifically managing Shopify Plus projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (video call proficiency is a must)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration

Add-on Qualities (Preferred but not required):

  • PMP, Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner, or Shopify Certification
  • Familiarity with Magento Cloud Commerce
  • Knowledge of website performance, security, and maintenance best practices
