The role Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting the Global product campaigns that involve executing and supporting marketing campaigns to support product marketing and revenue priorities.
In this full-time role, you will support and coordinate with cross-functional campaign teams to ensure planning and delivery of marketing assets, supporting the execution of campaigns across channels including email, advertising, webinars, events, and social media. You will also assist with inputs on campaign messaging, content creation and reporting as needed. You will be required to work collaboratively with the following teams and channels - international marketing, product marketing, marketing research and analytics, digital team, content, creative and, as relevant, third-party contractors or agencies to deliver the projects as per plan.
This position will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to gain experience and grow their skills across the full marketing mix while working in a vital and dynamic industry.
Why this role is important to us
This role is essential to support the success of Product Marketing campaigns, from brand awareness, engagement and lead generation perspective. Timely planning and execution of these campaigns is key for Global Marketing to contribute to business and sales outcomes. In this role, the candidate will help us manage day-to-day deliverables in an effective way, while also helping build long term plans, processes and best practices for campaigns for Marketing as a whole.
What you will be responsible for
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Working with Global marketing managers/ campaign leads to support the execution of brand awareness and lead generation marketing campaigns, using a variety of channels including email, social media, paid media, webinars and events.
- Content – responsible for reviewing copy for social media, digital channels and emails ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and campaign strategy. This includes coordinating with the editorial team to maintain consistency and quality.
- Assisting with project management of varied marketing projects to ensure they are delivered to a high standard and to schedule.
- Email marketing – building an effective targeting approach in alignment with business objectives and working with digital team to execute on email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating with research and analytics team to leverage insights for messaging and targeting planning, reviewing progress, optimizing campaigns and executing course correction as needed, based on measurement insights, and demonstrate campaign effectiveness against set objectives.
- Provide event support for both virtual and in-person events, including managing invitations, coordinating with stakeholders and speakers, overseeing logistics, and handling post-event communications.
- Stakeholder alignment: Ensure clear and regular communication with key stakeholders. Align on campaign strategy, provide campaign performance updates and work on agreed next steps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. digital, research and analytics, content, coverage marketing) to execute marketing campaigns and tactics effectively.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies on specific campaign scopes to support effective execution and ensure high quality delivery.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships and driving collaboration across functions in a large organization.
- Exposure in in vendor and agency management (preferred), to support timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Insight-driven, able to interpret research insights and campaign measurement metrics to help inform campaign planning and optimization.
- Technically proficient in marketing platforms, including Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, business communications, or marketing project management is preferred with a strong record of achievement
- 9+ years of experience in related field of marketing and campaign management, marketing project management, performance marketing. Experience working in financial services, consulting or technology sector is preferred
