Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role requires excellent communication skills to connect with potential clients/customers, explain our services, and maintain positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers.
- Explain company's products/services clearly and effectively.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer database with updated information.
- Generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred (but not mandatory).
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹7, ₹20,000.00 per month
