About Us:

Desmat is a leading manufacturer and supplier of computer and office stationery products across India. We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and coordinating on payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer enquiries.
  • Provide product and service information to clients.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for payment collections.
  • Maintain call logs, customer records, and payment status in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and clients.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as Telecaller / Customer Support / Accounts Follow-up role.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emailing, CRM).
  • Good convincing and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹35,000.00 per month
