About Us:
Desmat is a leading manufacturer and supplier of computer and office stationery products across India. We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and coordinating on payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer enquiries.
- Provide product and service information to clients.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for payment collections.
- Maintain call logs, customer records, and payment status in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and clients.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as Telecaller / Customer Support / Accounts Follow-up role.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emailing, CRM).
- Good convincing and problem-solving skills.
