Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Tele caller and Team Leader in life and health insurance sales. The Tele caller and Team Leader will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining insurance products and their benefits, and guiding clients to choose suitable insurance plans. This role also includes leading a team of tele callers, training and supervising them, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in tele calling and insurance sales
  • Team leadership and training abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of life and health insurance products
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
