Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Leader Manager role located in Noida, India. The Team Leader Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance professionals, setting and monitoring performance targets and TAT'S, providing training and development, developing strategies to meet Retention goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role will involve close collaboration with both the corporate and insurance units, as well as liaising with insurance partners to optimize service offerings.

  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Understanding of insurance products and the regulatory environment
  • Sound knowledge of Medical Underwriting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and business development
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
