As a Retail Business Development Executive at Knya, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, with a focus on setting up new retail stores from scratch. Your role will involve driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities and overseeing store setups across various locations through travel. Your proactive approach will be essential in expanding our retail footprint and ensuring successful project execution. - Lead the process of store setup, including site selection, design, construction, and launch. - Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. - Analyze market data and customer insights using tools like Excel and Google Analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as landlords, vendors, and local authorities. - Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. With at least 3 years of experience in business development, project management, or retail operations, you should have a proven track record of managing projects end-to-end, especially in setting up retail stores. Your excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills will play a vital role in your success. Being willing to travel frequently for store setup and on-site management, managing budgets effectively, and meeting deadlines under pressure are key requirements for this role. - Experience in setting up retail stores or working in the retail industry. - Knowledge of market analysis tools, customer behavior insights, and strong negotiation skills. - Exposure to higher-level retail operations and business strategy.
