As a Retail Business Development Executive at Knya, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, with a focus on setting up new retail stores from scratch. With at least 3 years of experience in business development, project management, or retail operations, you should have a proven track record of managing projects end-to-end, especially in setting up retail stores. Your excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills will play a vital role in your success. Being willing to travel frequently for store setup and on-site management, managing budgets effectively, and meeting deadlines under pressure are key requirements for this role. - Experience in setting up retail stores or working in the retail industry. - Knowledge of market analysis tools, customer behavior insights, and strong negotiation skills. - Exposure to higher-level retail operations and business strategy.
