Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and its techniques is essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
