Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer / Manager position exclusively for the Pump Segment based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
  • Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, identify & develop new business opportunities.
  • He should also maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them and providing sales projections.
  • Offer Submission, follow up and order closing.
  • Additionally, he will ensure customer satisfaction through excellent rapport and support as well as keeping in view of market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Min. 5 years in pumping segment.

Competencies

  • Knowledge of pump technologies and related products along with expertise in market analysis and sales strategy development.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to guide a sales team effectively.
  • Customer relationship management experience, including lead generation, client negotiations.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies to achieve organisational goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, analytics software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with a customer-focused driven approach.
