Opportunity : Senior Sales Development Representative(Outbound)

What you'll do on the job:

  • Proactively research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers using a strategic and data-driven approach.
  • Design and execute effective outbound cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage and qualify prospects.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly activity and meeting goals with a focus on quality and conversion.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and set the foundation for successful sales engagements.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline progress in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to align messaging and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Share proven outreach techniques and contribute to the ongoing improvement of outbound sales processes.

You'll meet our requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a B2B outbound SDR/BDR role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong proficiency with tools such as Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, Slintel, or similar B2B prospecting platforms commonly used in the SaaS sales ecosystem.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing outbound strategies and writing custom outreach sequences.
  • Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning through industry content, podcasts, and self-initiated development.
  • Flexibility to work during US time zone hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
