Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced IT professional to manage and support the organization's end-to-end IT infrastructure — including hardware, software, networking, and surveillance systems — across the Head Office and Dhulagarh Plant. The role ensures system uptime, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and smooth user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain PCs, servers, and IT assets at both locations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot AD, RDP servers, and network systems.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV surveillance systems.
  • Handle email ID and CUG setup requests as per approval.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly IT MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and service quality.
  • Support user training, documentation, and IT audits.
  • Track IT budget utilization and vendor performance.

Job Specifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Hardware & Networking (CCNA Certified preferred).
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in system administration & network management.
  • Strong knowledge of routers, switches, IP configuration, and firewalls.
  • Experience in CCTV, data backup, antivirus, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent vendor coordination and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
