Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and implement brand vision, positioning, and identity in alignment with business objectives.

Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new launches, partnerships, and campaigns.

Ensure consistency of brand voice and storytelling across all channels.

2. Campaign Leadership

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and PR.

Drive creative direction for brand visuals, shoots, and content to deliver high-impact consumer experiences.

Lead influencer marketing strategy, from talent mapping to ROI analysis.

3. Consumer Engagement & CRM

Develop and scale CRM-driven initiatives, including loyalty, referral, and retention programs.

Leverage consumer insights, data analytics, and market research to enhance engagement and drive conversions.

Build strategies that bridge online and offline brand experiences.

4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams for seamless execution.

Lead external agency/vendor partnerships across creative, PR, BTL, and digital.

5. Analytics & Business Impact

Track and measure campaign performance, brand health, and ROI.

Provide weekly ,monthly and quarterly brand performance reports with actionable insights.

Drive innovation in brand-building strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Location: Base in Bangalore & Hyderabad (requires travel)

Experience: 3–4 years (D2C / App-based / Consumer-facing brands preferred)

Languages: English, Kannada & Hindi

Proven expertise in social media growth, influencer partnerships, CRM, and multi-channel campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to scale brands, launch products, and lead cross-functional teams.
