goSTOPS is a vibrant chain of youth hostels redefining travel for Indias Gen Z.
With quirky, aesthetic spaces in over 35 destinations, were building more than stays were shaping a youth culture of community, exploration, and creativity.
Role Summary
Were looking for a hands-on Brand Lead to help build and maintain a consistent, compelling brand identity that speaks directly to the Gen Z / young travelers.
This isn't just a strategy role — we need a doer who can write a caption, attend a photoshoot, coordinate with creators, and own the entire brand experience, both online and offline.
You'll be the guardian of how goSTOPS looks, sounds, and feels — from Instagram grids to influencer collabs to how our hostels are styled and photographed for the website.
As the Brand Lead, you will be the custodian of the brand's identity — ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint, from digital channels to on-ground experiences.
You'll define and drive the brand narrative and visual language, embedding them seamlessly across the product and customer journey — including hostel design, website and app interfaces, social media, in-property branding, food packaging, and even how property managers greet guests.
Your mission will be to unify all brand expressions under one coherent and compelling brand proposition that resonates deeply with our Gen Z / young audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Brand Identity & Expression
- Define and maintain brand guidelines including tone, visual direction, and messaging.
- Ensure consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints — website, social, email, packaging, in-property assets.
- Drive Content Strategy & Execution
- Lead content creation across website, social media, and campaigns with a strong focus on organic reach.
- Plan and supervise brand photoshoots — briefing creatives, and on-site coordination.
- Lead Influencer & Brand Collaborations
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships (paid/barter) that align with our values and aesthetic.
- Forge collaborations with youth-centric or travel/lifestyle brands to increase brand visibility.
Creative Oversight & Copywriting
- Review and contribute to copy, design, and video content — write when needed.
- Work closely with designers, writers, and content creators to bring ideas to life.
Audience Understanding & Market Trends
- Deeply understand the Young/Gen Z audience — their vocabulary, aesthetic preferences, behavior, and cultural trends.
- Stay ahead of digital, design, and content trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or creative roles — preferably in youth/lifestyle, D2C, hospitality, or content-heavy brands.
- Proven ability to create and execute, not just strategize — you're hands-on and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and Gen Z cultural trends.
- Experience working with creators/influencers and brand partnerships (including barter).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills; comfortable writing or editing content when needed.

Have worked in a brand targeting young millennial audiences.
Have experience in lifestyle, travel, or hospitality domains
