About the Role

Phoenix Branding is hiring Sales & Client Relationship Executives who can independently handle client interactions, build long-term relationships, and close service-based deals. We are specifically looking for candidates with a background in medical/pharmaceutical sales (medical reps) who are familiar with consultative selling and strong in fieldwork + follow-up discipline.

You'll be representing Phoenix Branding to B2B clients in industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and retail—pitching services like branding, websites, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new clients through calls, visits, events, and references
  • Pitch Phoenix Branding's services clearly and confidently to decision-makers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular follow-ups
  • Understand client pain points and recommend suitable branding/digital solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure and post-sale handoff
  • Track activity, maintain CRM entries, and report regularly to management
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
  • Handle repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Who We're Looking For

  • Prior experience as a medical representative, sales executive, or client-facing field rep
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
  • Strong follow-up discipline and understanding of structured sales processes
  • Basic knowledge or interest in branding, digital services, or marketing is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term client trust

Preferred Background

  • 1–4 years of field sales or relationship management experience
  • Prior background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar B2B sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Bangalore (field visits + office coordination)
