Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Sales Specialist role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales leads, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our gym services and memberships. Daily tasks include maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients understand the benefits of our programs and training sessions. Sales Specialists will also work closely with our training team and management to meet sales targets and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients regarding our services
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the fitness industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
