Head of Brand will define and execute GoKwik's overarching brand strategy. This role is central to building GoKwik's voice in the D2C ecosystem, driving high-quality pipeline through strategic brand initiatives, and ensuring GoKwik remains synonymous with innovation, trust, and leadership in commerce enablement.

What You'll Own

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
    – Define and govern GoKwik's B2B brand narrative, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across channels that resonates with D2C merchants, enterprise clients, and ecosystem partners.
  • Thought Leadership & Content
    – Build GoKwik's voice as an industry authority. Partner with Product, Design, and Content teams to turn proprietary insights into impactful storytelling, media features, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Events & Sponsorships
    – Lead GoKwik's presence at key industry events, from large-scale conferences to exclusive CXO gatherings. Drive strategy, execution, and measurable ROI from every event to enhance brand visibility and pipeline impact.
  • Social & Digital Brand
    – Own GoKwik's corporate social media strategy to drive engagement, brand affinity, and demand generation. Curate a distinct digital identity that represents GoKwik's leadership in the D2C and SaaS space.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
    – Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure brand activities are tightly integrated with lead generation, product launches, and customer advocacy efforts.
  • Team Leadership
    – Build and mentor a high-performing Brand & Communications team. Establish clear KPIs around brand health, event-led pipeline, and social engagement metrics.
  • Budget Ownership
    – Plan, forecast, and manage the brand, events, and social budget. Drive efficiency and accountability through data-backed ROI measurement.

Who You Are

  • 8- 12 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Corporate Communications, or Growth Marketing roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS or D2C tech companies.
  • Proven success in building, scaling, and differentiating a B2B brand in competitive markets.
  • Hands-on experience leading large-scale events and sponsorships with a focus on measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use marketing data and metrics (e.g., CPL, conversion rates, event ROI) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative operator with exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys working across creative and business teams.
