Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth and secure new opportunities for our company. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual with a solid background in both marketing and sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, cultivating strong relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed our revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, research, and target prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.

Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, create lead-generation initiatives, and optimize our sales funnel.

Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and strategies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, and prepare detailed reports on progress and performance.

Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:
