Job Description:

The Business Manager is responsible for driving the revenue and profitability targets for SAAS business.

Managing vendor relationships for effective planning, delivery and margins realization for the product, is key to the role holder.

The role holder is the point of contact for resolution of all escalated issues related to the concerned product / business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for achieving revenue targets (quarterly, annual) for the SAAS business

  2. Achieve profitability targets (quarterly, annual) for the SAAS business

  3. Manage relationships with vendors of the SAAS business (for example, vendor distribution manager, vendor category manager, vendor sales team)

  4. Manage interactions with key channel partners for the concerned product / business, in collaboration with the Field Sales team.

Responsible for resolution of escalated issues pertaining to the concerned product / business Educational

Qualification / Experience Desired:

  1. Graduate in any discipline (including engineering), with a full time MBA (Sales and Marketing specialization)

  2. Experience of around 3 to 8 years in product management / sales function in IT Distribution

  3. Should possess understanding of the sales, distribution and channel management process in the IT Distribution sector

  4. Should possess strong numerical and analytical skills

  5. Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  6. Should possess strong relationship building skills

  7. Should have strong knowledge of market dynamics (Mobile Phone & Mobile Accessories)

  8. Should be willing to travel extensively
