Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced GATI Software Specialist
to systemize and optimize our operations end-to-end. This role is critical in ensuring our processes are system-driven, foolproof, and scalable. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in GATI software and a proven track record of implementing robust operational systems in the jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Optimization
- Lead the complete systemization of Jewel FX operations using GATI software
- Ensure all business processes are system-driven with minimal manual intervention
- Continuously evaluate and tweak operational workflows to create a foolproof, end-to-
- end system
- Identify gaps in current processes and implement solutions using GATI modules
- Maintain system integrity and data accuracy across all modules
Catalogue & Design Management
- Generate product catalogues as per customer specifications and requirements
- Digitize and systematize the entire design library for easy access and management
- Maintain organized digital records of all designs with proper categorization
- Ensure design assets are properly tagged and searchable within the system
Pricing & Quotations
- Prepare accurate pricing and quotations for customers using GATI
- Calculate margins and ensure pricing aligns with business profitability targets
- Maintain pricing consistency and update price lists as needed
- Generate detailed quotations with specifications, timelines, and terms
Supply Chain Coordination
- Issue diamond requisitions to diamond offices with accurate specifications
- Coordinate orders and raw material requisitions to the factory
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely procurement
- Manage export coordination and related documentation
Reporting & Analysis
- Perform margin calculations for projects and product lines
- Generate MIS (Management Information System) reports for leadership review
- Provide data-driven insights on operations, profitability, and efficiency
- Create dashboards and regular reports on key operational metrics
Required Qualifications Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with GATI software
in the jewelry industry - Deep knowledge of
all GATI modules
including inventory, production, sales, - purchase, and reporting
- Proven track record of systemizing operations in a jewelry manufacturing or design
- environment
- Strong understanding of jewelry industry workflows, terminology, and processes
- Experience with catalogue generation, pricing, and quotation management
Technical Competencies
- Expert-level proficiency in GATI software (all modules)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to create and maintain complex operational systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with MIS reporting and dashboard creation
Personal Attributes
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on systemization
- Problem-solving ability to identify and fix operational gaps
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with jewelry design houses, manufacturers, or exporters
- Knowledge of diamond grading, specifications, and procurement processes
- Familiarity with export documentation and coordination
- Experience training team members on software systems
- Understanding of CAD/3D rendering workflows (beneficial but not required)
