Reports To: Operations Manager / Founder

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment Executive to manage our end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment process. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in handling Shopify and Amazon orders, coordinating with logistics partners, and managing payment reconciliations via Razorpay gateway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment across Shopify, Amazon, and other online sales channels.
  • Process, track, and update orders to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, and courier/logistics partners for smooth operations.
  • Handle inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
  • Monitor and resolve order issues including returns, cancellations, or delayed shipments.
  • Manage payment reconciliation and settlement through Razorpay and other gateways.
  • Generate regular reports on order status, fulfillment metrics, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace requirements (Amazon, Shopify) and internal SOPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment (Shopify & Amazon experience is a must).
  • Good knowledge of payment gateways (Razorpay preferred) and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations (courier services, shipping labels, returns).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
