About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive
Operations & Order Executive
to handle daily e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, fluent in
Hindi and English
, and comfortable managing backend platforms and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process online orders through
    Shiprocket
    and other platforms.
  • Print invoices
    , prepare dispatch lists, and
    supervise packaging
    .
  • Coordinate with
    delivery partners
    for pickups, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Handle
    customer calls and messages
    , providing clear and polite responses.
  • Maintain basic inventory records and daily order reports.
  • Assist with any operational tasks to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order processing tools (Shiprocket experience preferred).
  • Good communication skills –
    Fluent in Hindi and English
    (spoken and written).
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer service will be an advantage.
